A: Its a plug in for Gravatar , Easy to do, go register for Gravatar with the email you use to sign up for here, follow the steps after that, then you can upload your own avatar , and change it when ever you like.
Q: When do you usually Update the website?
A: When ever I can, Its not really set out in stone YET, For some major reasons being school and among others.
